Nope! 🎉 The Community Fall Festival is completely FREE to attend.

Is it family-friendly?
Yes, absolutely!

Do I need to register?
No registration is needed for attendees—just show up and enjoy! Vendors and volunteers do need to sign up.

Liability Waiver

THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, READ BEFORE SIGNING.

This agreement releases LaunchPoint Community Church, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on site and/or during one of the events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold LaunchPoint Community Church entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, regardless of whether injuries are cause by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in this activity. These include but are not limited to injury, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical distress, and/or death. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

I also agree to reimburse LaunchPoint Community Church for damages I inflict on the property or any material goods owned by LaunchPoint Community Church, intentionally or un-intentionally during the course of the event, at all cost deemed appropriate by LaunchPoint Community Church, owners or staff. I also acknowledge that LaunchPoint Community Church, staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason, and at any time during the event, without refunding any portion of the cost of your tickets.

Parental Consent

For Parents/Guardians of a participant of minor age (under 18 This is to certify that I, as guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indentify and hold harmless LaunchPoint Community Church and it’s owners, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability incidents to my minor child’s involvement or participation in the activity as provided above. EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF LAUNCHPOINT COMMUNITY CHURCH to the fullest extent permitted by law.
