Rental Fees and Policies

Rental fees are determined based on the rooms used and duration of the event. We will be in contact after this form is filled out.
A refundable security deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Full payment and signed agreement must be received prior to the event date.
The applicant is responsible for leaving the facility clean and in its original condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on church premises.
The church reserves the right to deny rental requests that conflict with its mission or values.
